Embracing talents, we can do even better. Talent sustainability has always been a goal we cherish. In order to create a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace, Xiang Shang Games announces its participation in the "2024 TALENT, in Taiwan, Taiwan Talent Sustainability Action Alliance".

1. Diversity and Inclusion: We advocate for diversity and inclusion policies openly, ensuring that talent recruitment and development are not hindered by gender, age, or race. We embrace diversity through initiatives like the "Disability Recruitment Zone" and establish various activities and subsidies to continuously optimize corresponding measures.

2. Meaning and Value: We convey our corporate vision, enabling talents to feel the value of their work. We hold regular staff meetings to implement consensus development and actively promote green energy, environmental protection, and sustainability activities through foundations, demonstrating corporate social responsibility.

3.Organizational Communication: We value employees' opinions and feedback, establishing smooth communication channels such as staff meetings, general manager's mailbox, specific event complaint channels, employee satisfaction surveys, etc., actively listening to employees' voices.

4. Rewards and Incentives: We conduct regular salary reviews and adjustments annually, linking performance appraisal systems and interviews with reasonable rewards. We participate in market salary surveys to provide competitive reward mechanisms. We also design corporate-exclusive tokens that can be redeemed to commend outstanding employee behavior.

5. Physical and Mental Health: Employees are entitled to diverse group insurance upon employment. We utilize flexible working hours to effectively adjust attendance time, prioritize alleviating workplace stress, and develop occupational health and safety plans to ensure zero discrimination and bullying behaviors. We provide on-site healthcare services, regular health check-ups, massage services by visually impaired masseurs, legal and insurance consultations, EAPs (Employee Assistance Programs) implementation assessments, and organize family days and leisure health seminars to help employees balance their physical, mental, and spiritual health while working.

6. Talent Development: We promote diversified education and training, categorized into centralized training, new employee development programs, and functional training. We establish competency management schemes, further dividing training needs into internal and external training according to different professional requirements. We provide subsidies for employees' on-the-job education and set up libraries to create a learning environment, assisting employees in continuous learning and growth in a rapidly changing industry environment, unleashing their personal strengths and potential, and achieving continuous talent development.
