About XSGroup

XSGroup is a pioneer of global games and technology. It is dedicated to developing the gaming industry in the global market, as well as providing partners and customers worldwide with diverse products and services that include online social games and gaming platforms, Lan-based gaming systems, and slot machines. Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Taichung, Taiwan, the Group has over 500 employees and business locations throughout Taipei (Taiwan), Los Angeles (US), Sydney (Australia), Malta (Europe), Hangzhou, and Chengdu (China).

Velvix partners with ODDSworks to deploy world class slot content on BETguard remote game server.

GX Foundation won the “2023 Education Innovation Leadership Award” and “Top 10 Popular Vote Award for Educational Innovation” from Parenting Magazine.
GX Foundation won the “Future Education Taiwan 100” from Global Views Educational Foundation.

2022

Established an operating base in Los Angeles, USA.
BaoBao King was nominated for the “Global Gaming Awards 2022 - Slot of the Year”.
Electronic gaming machines officially entered the US market.

2021

Established a subsidiary, Velvix, to take charge of EGM gaming cabinets and game development.
Launched social online gaming platforms "Ace Club" and "Jackpot Island".

2019

Launched the slot machine "TaiJi Link".
Cooperated with Octavian Gaming Solutions, the largest game developer in Italy, to bring our gaming platform "08 Online" to the Italian market.
Established an R&D base in Sydney, Australia.

2018

Acquired GameSparcs (TW 6542), an OTC gaming company
The Lan-based Gaming System won the “Hot Hit Award” from G2E Asia (Global Gaming Expo Asia).
08 Online cooperated with Pili to launch an exclusive game.
Collaborated with Yggdrasil Gaming, a European gaming company, to become the exclusive agent for Yggdrasil products in the Taiwan market.
Launched the world’s first Mixed Reality fishing game.

2017

Officially launched the self-developed gaming platform "Bravo Casino".
Launched the mobile gaming and large cabinet versions of "Fishing King".
The self-developed Lan-base gaming system officially entered the Mexican market.
Participated in the "2017 Branding Taiwan Forward of the Industrial Development Administration, MOEA" branding coach project to become the first gaming company supported by a government branding program.

2016

Officially established Xiang Shang Foundation (currently GX Foundation).
Launched the real-life fishing game "Fishing King" using MR technology as well as the VR shooting games "Holo Impact" and "Archer Guardian".
"08 Online" won first place in revenue in the Android mobile entertainment game category.

2015

"08 Online" won the best game in Google Play and ranked No. 1 in Google Play and App Store entertainment game in downloads and revenue.
"Lan-based Gaming System" ranked No. 1 in market share and revenue for North America.

2014

Released Taiwan’s first video-feed claw machine APP developed on a mobile platform.

2012

Successfully authorized the self-developed "Lan-based Gaming System" to various community-based Internet cafes in the United States to enter the US market officially.

2011

Launched the first self-developed product "08 Online".
The self-developed digital game won the “Digital Product Content Award” from the Ministry of Economic Affairs.

2009

Formally established Xiang Shang Games Co., Ltd.
Successfully licensed the self-developed Lan-based Gaming System to Southeast Asia in its first year of operation.
