XSGames Expands the Global Gaming Presence with Investment in Palasino of FEC Group - A pioneer of global games and technology | XSGroup

XSGames, a pioneer of global games and technology, has invested in Palasino (Stock Code: 02536.HK), a subsidiary of Far East Consortium International Limited (FEC). EFC is a Hong Kong listed company, specializing in property development and investment, hotel operations and management, car park operations and facilities management, securities and financial product investment and gaming operations in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Continental Europe. It owns 120 hotels worldwide and has strategic alliances with The Star and Chow Tai Fook in Australia to facilitate the growth of related businesses. Palasino, a subsidiary of FEC Group is scheduled to be listed on March 26th. After listing, it will be spun off from the FEC Group. XSGames has subscribed to HK$70 million worth of shares in Palasino's IPO, further expanding its global gaming industry presence.

With over 20 years of operating physical casinos and hotels in Europe, Palasino has obtained a license of online gaming operations in Malta. Palasino is a company focused on gaming and leisure entertainment. Its subsidiaries include one integrated land-based casino and resort and two full-service land-based casinos operating in the Czech Republic, as well as three hotels in Germany and one in Austria. In the future, Palasino will leverage XSGames's experience in global gaming platform operation and technology to enhance business expansion for both companies.
